Founded in 1842, Sho Chiku Bai sake has long been associated with quality and the celebration of personal milestones. In 2001, Takara Shuzo opened Shirakabegura, a Sho Chiku Bai brewery located in Kobe that seamlessly unites hands-on methods with facilities that carefully recreate traditional brewing techniques. Alongside its premium Shirakabegura products such as Mio Sparkling Sake and Kimoto Junmai, Sho Chiku Bai's drive to further increase product quality and customer experience is evident from the development of products such as the easily disposed pouch container for its "Ten" sake.
